I didn't mind the wait for my stereo to be installed. The store offers so many items to purchase that it is easy to get distracted for some time while people are bustling about doing work for you. I didn't feel like the service took too long or anything and everyone was as helpful and accommodating as humanly possible. I'll go back!

Tech gave me a time line for the install and came in under it he helped me with working the new radio. I give him a 6 star . VJ Dugan

He did a fantastic job! It was also done 45 minutes quicker than they originally said. He explained how to use my new stereo very well. I would definitely recommend Best Buy Ann Arbor for your car audio needs.

Best customer service I ever received. Guys looked nice and chill, very knowledgeable in the installation process. Even went as far to help me get setup with my new stereo. Can't remember the techs names, but definitely set up an appointment with the guys at the Oceanside store, off the 78 highway.

This was an excellent install for my radio and gps.

In all honesty I was pretty disappointed with the entire experience. Dropping my vehicle off for the work was a nightmare. Nobody knew who I should talk to. At least six different employees just passed me off to a different employee who had no clue what was going on. The installation was sloppy and they didn’t hook up my steering wheel controls which means they didn’t even test the radio functions before signing off on it. The faceplate wasn’t installed properly, was interfering with the row of buttons below it and popped off the second I freed up my stuck hazard switch. I took it to a legitimate radio installer and had them fix everything. It literally took the radio installer ten minutes to fix the sloppy work of Best Buy.

Technician was great. Got me right in and did a super clean install. Took time to go over new unit with me and talked tome about future upgrades.

Purchased a kenwood stereo and had it installed by bestbuy. From the person who ordered the items to the end of the installation, everyone knew their stuff! The installation technician was A-1.

At the time, this was a good experience. The tech was a little gruff, but it was early in the morning. I was disappointed in the customer service. I wanted to purchase a backup camera as well, and I booked an additional hour online right behind my radio appt. He refused, and he got a free hour in his schedule.

Everyone I dealt with was so professional and knowledgeable! They reviewed the job several times to make sure everything was there and the right part for the vehicle. They found one issue - called me with a solution - and we didn’t miss a beat on the install. Excellent attention to detail!

Great service Very nice helpful happy technician. Give him a raise. He was busy working when i came in to get my vehicle and he happily went over the stereo features. Helped me hook up my phone. Very kind!

Installed a radio in my Wrangler. The one I originally selected wouldn't have worked, but they suggested an alternative and matched the original price!

One day after the new system was installed our truck started malfunctioning and cost us over $2,700 in electrical repairs. Whoever installed it shorted out our system. My husband has yet to take the bill over to Best Buy. If I could give zero Stars I would.

Mr. Anthony was great. I will use him as long as he is employed there! He installed my stereo and serviced my TV and programmed the universal remote to it in my custom van.
