works good - numbers are easy to read - good value

Purchased for our babysitter- as she doesn’t have a mobile phone... phone has a fine sound- Tracfone has good deals!

For those of you who have no landline phone, this is a perfect backup to your cell. Inexpensive, good call quality, and seems to be a good quality device.

I get this phone for my older clients since it is so simple to use. It doesn't confuse them, it's just a phone. I hope they never stop selling this phone, since flip phones are now becoming vintage.

My husband wanted a small flip phone … this does the job. Absolutely nothing fancy but works well enough.

Great Buy! Only two drawbacks camera does not have reverse button where you can take a pic of yourself and does not display remaining minutes after use.

I needed for emergency calling mainly. Cellular service is spotty in the area where I live. This Tracphone Go Flip was 19.99 for the phone, not made for durability, but cheap and works for what I need. I activated and purchased a airtime plan perfect for my needs on their website. The phone charged up and activated per quick start guide and used it for a call -all easy breezy! Best Buy employee not knowledgeable enough for me to give him any credit.

Simple to use & inexpensive. Great for my 82 year old mother.

The phone is simple. It works well for my needs as a backup/emergency phone. The battery life could use some improvement. I don't use it often and I still find myself charging it about every three days.

Have gotten this phone in the past and they lasted forever but this one didn’t last 2 months. My mother loves these phones bc of the ease.

I have a traphone but Wes bought in 2003. And I loved it, but have to get new one for the old one is hard to download minutes. This phone is perfect for doing internet and phoning. I am looking forward to it lasting for 17 years also! I love tracphone!

I Really DO like this flip phone! For those that don't really care for the latest touchscreen phones and prefer just to dial on a number keypad instead.... this phone by Alcatel is the answer!!! I hope the flip phones with just a standard dial pad are never discontinued. There is still enough useful add-ons on this flip phone to be somewhat like the loaded touchscreen phones. Great purchase....

This is a great Tracfone. It has a camera too! You need to purchase one for yourself and family. I enjoy using my new phone. I purchased mine at Best Buy. The service and personnel was great. They helped me, and answered all of my questions, and I greatly appreciated that. The ringtones are great, and has so many different features that you would want to check out.

This mobile device provides us a very practical and functional tool for our 80+ year old family member without requiring technical expertise.

We've had TracFone for years and like the ease of just buying minutes when you need them with no contract. The phone has big easy to see numbers and is easy to use.

My handicapped brother had this phone before, so he knew had to use it. I had to set it up for him and I have talked to him several times and the sound quality is pretty good. I wanted him to learn how to use a "smart phone" because of the different plans he could get and save him money, but he was convinced before he ever started to use a "smart phone". He is now stuck with paying $30+ for 2 hrs. worth of time over 3 months; not nearly enough.

Excellent. Good price. Have needed features i.e texts & calls including ability for international calls. Recommend for louder volume for seniors.
