Very powerful laptop that handles pretty much anything I have asked of it. My only issue is the laptop gets pretty hot when I feel I am not even close to pushing its capabilities. As I do have several webpages up at this moment, the warmth I feel through the keyboard seems unnecessarily warm for this type of usage.

Exactly what I expected, excellent machine. Fan is louder and battery life is relatively shorty, but that is expected with such a powerful and compact machine.

Runs all my games great with high FPS, really comfortable to play on considering the good size keyboard. Numberpad doesn't take up half the keyboard like some other laptops. Only minus is the fans are quite loud which gets annoying for other people who may be in the room due to how fast the GPU and CPU heat up with certain graphic heavy games. Other than the sound the fans work great and cool the laptop off really quickly. Would recommend on sale!

Amazing laptop. Runs all of my games, old and new, with no issues, on highest graphic settings. Added a second internal ssd that is larger, which was a simple install. Overall a little spendy, but well worth it. Would 100% recommend for a portable gaming experience.

Very happy with it! Playing games on max setting and finally seeing the games they were truly meant to be seen! Fan isn’t loud but it does it get hot like most gaming laptops. I recommend a cooling pad or table but worth every penny.

Excellent laptop. I am using it for gaming and work stuff and the performance battery life and design are way beyond my expectations. 5 star product!

I have never owned anything Alienware, but I have always wanted to. Everything runs as advertised, if not better. Copilot is helpful. If I had to say anything critical, it would be that it heats up quickly when running video games, but pressing the key that turns on the performance mode for the fan system, no joke, it cools down within 10 seconds.

I’m very happy with this laptop. The performance is excellent for both everyday tasks and heavy workloads. Programs load quickly, multitasking is smooth, and the display quality is outstanding. The build feels sturdy and premium. Battery life is decent for a high-performance system, and the cooling works well even under load. Overall, it’s a great purchase and worth the investment.

This laptop has all the processing speed and storage that anyone would need! I have thousands of photos and videos and this machine separate graphics card makes photo and video management a breeze. I highly recommend this laptop.

Amazing laptop and huge proformance for the price! The ultra 9, super fast, good ram and video card i found great! Just make sure out of the box to update all drivers and such and a great gaming beast! My only issue is no displayport but thats my fault

Love that it has all the ports I need and I can add an adapter if needed i have multiple ports now, speed is fast how I like, good storage and clean look, easy to set up and use, good battery life while unplugged and on a plane

Works well but it gets really hot. I play the Sims on it with no issues and I have over 60 games.

Overall, a good gaming laptop with excellent specs. I bought on sale so it was a good value compared to similar products. Fast and quiet. The screen is not as bright as I had hoped for, but still very good. I appreciate that even though the fan venting is on the bottom, it does not push straight down, but rather out to the sides.

I have wanted an Alienware box for years...the right combination of sale, need and ability to pay brought me to this machine. This is a premium computer by any measure. The key lighting, feel and action are great, the HUGE OLED screen is captivating, the sound is good and loud and this thing SCREAMS.

Good on Battery But Fans can be loud, for the price I got it for, it was better value than others. I would recommend upgrading to a higher wattage charger

Battery life is not what i bought this for and the 5 stars is for being as advertised and as i expected it to me. If you want battery life it is probably not the laptop for you...or that is what theg make power coverters for. I wanted something sturdy and a workhorse a big screen and backlit keyboard that had the components that would not be outdated anytime soon. It has a lot going on inside so it also runs warm but again...i am very impressed. Definitely got what i paid for.

Excellent laptop. It's been able to handle everything I throw at it including Fl Studio, Dj Serato, and Ai tools. The fans are a little loud but I'm sure that is necessary to avoid overheating.
