What it can run, it runs amazingly. I went from an ASUS ROG Zephyrus with a 14-core, 12th gen i9 and a 3070Ti to this thing. The Alienware is much quieter, feels better built, and performs better (bigger gains than I expected). Unfortunately, it crashes when I try to play most of the stuff I want to play. Enshrouded, Anno 1800, Cities Skylines II, Sea of Thieves, et al., lock the machine on launch, and then it reboots. Anno 117 is the only game released in the past ~5 years that I’ve gotten to run on it (and it runs that beautifully!) Problem with the RTX50xx drivers, perhaps? Updating them hasn’t fixed it.

Ok........ this is one bad B. Loving the laptop so far. Fast, speedy. The only thing I would say is... the blue paint is coming off on the laptop and it's only been a month or two of use. I might need to have Best Buy look at it. But in terms of the hardware, its great.

Very good laptop, my wife like it so far, a little expensive than other brand but worth it.

Love this new Alienware laptop... only thing I'm struggling with is a failing Windows Update which has failed 6 times in spite of all of my remedial actions...

This computer is fantastic — fast, reliable, and powerful enough for anything I need. I wish it supported USB-C charging, but given the performance, I understand it needs the extra power. Overall, an excellent machine.

Wow! What a power house! Alienware continues to put out the best gaming laptops. Fast, exceptional graphics, great SSD, plays my games without lag. Nice. Do miss the original Alienware chassis though. Everything else will always feel cheap and dainty haha.

Just love this laptop. Been saving up for this one. Plays all the new games with no lagging and fantastic graphics. Would highly recommend.

Had an issue with Windows hiding the alienware headset that Copilot help troubleshoot but no problems after that. Does run warm but my cooling plate from previous laptop works great on it.

Very good laptop, its features are very good and it is very fast. And laptop image is very beautiful.
