Just amazing I did get it on sale tho for like 1699 so that just makes it even better, absolutely love it it feels super solid compared to my MSI I was replacing.

The Laptop has a few issues that it should not have but overall it’s not a bad Laptop.

So far its been amazing, upgraded for CAD software and it shows my 3D surfaces very clearly! Good product!

Core Ultra 9, RTX 5070. Enjoying it so far, temps hold good and laptop serves its purpose. Also cheaper than other laptops with similar specs. Built like a tank, I think Dell is back.

My wife likes her Alienware. She uses the laptop for browsing the internet and to play games. She likes that the keyboard is lit.

Great for what it is. Bought this for my wife as a christmas gift. Only downfall is you can get a better system built cheaper if you just go desktop. Also, the 50 series is more like a 30 or 40 series when its a laptop gpu

Very good pc good display but drivers not up to date

I made the mistake of thinking an Alienware laptop would be top tier. Yeah, anything but. This is Alienware in name only as I've learned after returning it! They make a big deal about this new cooling system, but I'm telling you firsthand it doesn't do CRAP! 105c thermal throttling playing the new Resident Evil (which ironically you get for free for purchasing a 50 series laptop). If you want a gaming laptop, trust me, this is NOT the one!

I purchased this laptop and started having regrets a couple days in. I’ll say for starters you would expect to have more vram at this price point 8gb isn’t enough and there isn’t a 5070ti version which is unfortunate. The RGB options could be better alongside the keyboard quality. I did like the 2tb-SSD and the screen resolution and quality was ok. However for the price point I would recommend a better option (Luckily I got it when it was on sale). I exchanged it for the Legion Pro 7i.

The Hard Drive died while I was setting up the computer. The manufacture could send me a new one or I could exchange it, but I choose to return it. I don't want a product that has problems from the start.

I dont even game, I use Adobe Illustrator. It crashes non stop. Also not being able to access the computer unless connected to the internet is kinda crazy.
