Worst customer service for a replacement which bestbuy didn’t do. And one of the supervisor (Bhumika) first tried to provide me fake assurance and when i wanted a proof that bestbuy will compensate me she changed her answer and replied me and straight no and asked to do whatever i can. A replacement was offer and decline the very next and asked me to return the item was only option. So i was a complete waste of time with customer service agent ( Supervisor). Recommendation is get it from other vendors instead of getting into a hassle
