I bought my Alienware r12 last year but I didn't know it cover by warranty untill Jul 2023. Well, it good to know and feel safe so I feel at ease to use it.

Great computer. Runs extra fast, runs all my games at ultra settings no problem. 3070 or better is super good. Lots of inputs also.

I bought this to be a work pc at home, but from the moment I bought it until I returned it I had nonstop issues. The entire time I owned the pc ( 3 weeks) I had to deal with memory issues (the ram) and then motherboard issues. I bought new RAM to fix my problems, replaced the front stock fan with a Noctua fan and added another fan to help keep internals cool; and the cherry on top was no matter what I did my problems continued. I genuinely enjoyed the computer when it did work - it was fun for gaming and doing my video editing and animations was great. But again, after 2 weeks and the fixes I made the pc decided to constantly blue screen and I just had enough. I can’t in good faith recommend this pc to anyone, even to get your hands on a 30 series card. BUT if you do I hope it works for you.

So far so good. Love this PC. I have not had a single issue with it. Fans are a little loud, but upgrading them to silent ones are easy to do.

I have always been a fan of the Alienware product. It is very aesthetically pleasing. I have had no issues thus far. I have ran Halo Infinite, Fortnite, Killing Floor 2, so far, all on max settings with no problems what so ever. Its a very fast computer, also you can barely hear the fans running.

Always wanted an Alienware. Splurged and haven’t been disappointed at all. Plays everything just fine on high settings. Might not be the best of anything (spec wise) but it definitely gets the job done smoothly. Only real add on will be adding an SSD. Would definitely recommend.

I had a few problems when first starting up the pc. Random blue screen restarts was one of them. With that being said the dell support was great and helped me re install windows which fixed my particular issue. The pc itself is definitely 5 stars! Looks great, is a beast crushing games on max graphics settings, really fast.

This is a really great pc for what it is. But I needed a bit more so I exchanged it for a liquid cooled I9 Cyberpowerpc build. If you just need a good gaming pc this is a great buy though. Not much room to upgrade though. Even though I exchanged mine, If you love Alienware and don't need to run games like Cyberpunk on Ultra Ray tracing 4k. You should be fine.

Things a absolute beast. Got it for my girlfriend so she could play games with me. Haven't seen the temperature of the gpu go above 50 degrees yet while running games on high and excellent settings. This beast hasn't even made a sound yet. Update your drivers and flash your bios and no problem. Worth spending a little more to get something reliable that I will have for years to come.

Though I am not a fan of paying extra for a Brand, this system is priced the same as similar off brand models. We have had no issues thus far. We have run multiple 3D CAD simulations with no problems what so ever. Its a very fast computer, also you can barely hear the fans running.

I usually like to build my machines, but haven't had time ver the past several years. It was nice to get a well built machine at an okay price. I haven't done any super intense gaming on in, but at rest it's much quieter than my old machine, even running a game with the gpu going, it's still quieter. I'm happy so far

Haven’t had it that long but I can for sure say that it seems really good. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. I play at 1440p 144hz medium setting couldn’t be more perfect on most games.

Going from an Aurora R4 to this is a massive game changer, playing Elden Ring on the highest graphic settings and not one issue. Highly recommend

So far so good. I have only had it for 2 weeks and everything is working fine. Great for gaming the keyboard and mouse should be of higher quality or at least the Alienware keyboard and mouse should come with this unit for the price paid.

great product overall. Silent. Love the colors it can change to. Does exactly what I need it to do.
