Great equipment, SPECS different than specified
||Posted . Aurora R13 doesn´t support 4800 DDR5 in RAM. It even comes with 2 8GB 4400 RAMS, and if you want to put 4 of those, it goes down to 4000. This I found out unfortunately in the R13 manual. Everything else is top notch, great build, average RGB, GREAT quiet fans.

Not fully as advertised but still great
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great computer only 1 small issue the ram being locked in at 4400 instead of the advertised 4800 even went into the start up menu and it can't be increased even though the ram sticks are rated at 4800

Be wary of open box product
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Open box Product description did not match actual specifications of the rig. The sticker on the box said this rig had 32GB memory and I9-12700k core. I still have the box with the description on it. I even asked the best buy team member about the box description as it said something about it not being the right box. He said, and I quote "Geek Squad checked it out, so the system should have what the box says", after seeing the description on the box with flags on it, saying something about it not being the right box. It was a lie. Double check open box product. I don't know who was in the wrong here, but I essentially got scammed.

What a great desktop!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A wonderful pc. Upgrade the ram, I recommend going to Crucial, only because ram compatibility is difficult with this. They have a tool that will select ram that will work. Corsair seems to not work well in this, youll probably get lots of bluescreens if you use it. There isnt a game this thing cant play!
