    If you know computers/laptops, you know this laptop is top tier. Yes I’m aware there are better versions out there. But this exact laptop is excellent! Only issue, it constantly has to be hooked up to the charger at all times! Battery dies fast, charger gets pretty hot so be careful.

His knowledge of graphic design and this computer's performance capabilities sold me for sure. He deserves a raise.

    I bought this laptop a few months ago and to be honest it wasn't all I was hoping for in a gaming laptop, the main software to control everything takes up 50% of your memory, when playing games my laptop gets superhot, even when in the browser or watching a video it gets hot, and for not doing anything I checked the thermals in the AWCC and it said 80 Celsius, I would not recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking for very good performance in any game.

    After buying this product, please look at https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/alienware/m16-r1-ongoing-performance-issues-fix-stapm-limit/676e351155a8ef7309274e53?page=4 This notebook have a engineering problem. They limit the CPU use of notebook, reducing drastically the performance. If you dont want problem dont buy a alienware. I spent 2k dol on garbage.
