Great laptop overall, the res is great. Gpu and cpu does get hot but it just doesn’t get the frames the refresh rate advertised.

No issues at all. Amazing graphics and gameplay. Very smooth.

This laptop is an absolute monster! It's so smooth!

Prior to picking this up, I tried the zephyrus g14 (2024) and I was having so many issues with stability and screen flickering. This thing has been a consistent beast that can run all of the games that I personally play. Youtube reviews typically mention screen brightness as an issue and while it is dimmer than an OLED panel, I personally don’t think it’s a dealbreaker.

Amazing Laptop, very fast and it is working perfectly!

Growing up, I always wanted a gaming laptop, and I thought that this would be the one that satisfied me, but no, it had to be terrible quality. When I first bought this it worked great. That was only for 2 weeks, after that some keys didn't work and the touchpad nor the sound worked. I didn't understand how this was happening because I bought an open box in excellent condition but it turned out to be worse than poor. It is so bad I had to send it to geek squad twice. Their membership (for geek squad) was 300 DOLLARS! Like I'm not made of money. I bought this so I could use it in high school and for many years later, but it doesn't look like it can even last me 4 months. This is a terrible product so if you're gonna buy it, at least buy a new one. The open box's are a scam, trust me.

Great PC but if you need to know anything, you should go with as much VRAM as possible

Poor/Decent Laptop but going back I'd rather spend my money on a Digital Storm that has reliable customer service. I bought this laptop in Spring of 25' and the right side of the keyboard is already having issues. I follow the Alienware subreddit and they have poor experiences with the warranty and general repair team. If I could do it all over again, I would choose Digital Storm to provide me a quality laptop and not Dell's poor quality. Welcome to the American Century of Humiliation.

Gpu is underpowered and it’s pricey should have looked around more before buying

Absolutely worstnpurchas eI have ever had. After a few weeks of owning this junk.laptop the sound stopped working. I contactes customer service who spent over an hour navigating my computer via a remote access and eventually got it to work.... Then a wrrk later the sound stops working. I spent two hours searching the web and eventually gornit to work.... The very next time I use it... thwn very next time..... the sound goes out after an hour of use. I will be asking for a full refund. Will never buy another dell again. Thw last dell I bought, the touch screen stopped working after 6 months.... Alien ware is supposed to be top of the line. I am so angery I could spit.

I had a problem with the laptop took it in for an exchange. Very easy the only thing was i had to wait for the new one it wasn't in stock .

This is a really nice looking laptop and the build quality is great but unfortunately the hardware had issues. The sound would go out, then come back on after restarting but then soon go out again. A tech from Microsoft tried to fix the issue and couldn’t. The laptop also kept freezing and crashing at random times. Had to return it.

Beautiful screen and graphics…. But I don’t know if I received a defective model or what. Everything ran incredibly slow fresh out of the box. I installed one program with two games and it was so laggy. Very disappointing considering I’d only ever heard people singing Alienware praises

I like everything about it. I have had no problems with this laptop. Amazing colors, awesome resolution, and easy to use.

Computer was great. A little slower than expected for the specs it came with but not what I was looking for. I needed something more mobile.
