But I don’t know if I received a defective model or what. Everything ran incredibly slow fresh out of the box. I installed one program with two games and it was so laggy. Very disappointing considering I’d only ever heard people singing Alienware praises

DO NOT BUY

Every day I have to reset it because either the audio, microphone, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi goes out on it, sometimes in the middle of important calls. I can't even play games on it anymore because the audio stops at specific points in games, and will not come back on, then the system freezes requiring a hard reset. I DO not recommend this.

Rubber coating becomes an oily gooey sticky mess.

This is a trait of Dell computers, who owns Alienware. Rubber coating after so long begins to ooze oily sticky goo. I’m so disappointed I had to buy a more powerful machine with better numbers by a different vendor. Other than the fact it would become a gooey self-destructive mess, it’s a pretty great PC!
