So far so good, the temps are a little warm and the battery life is not very good but it is to be expected running a rtx3070 on a 360hz screen. Design is sturdy and really like the inclusion of the numpad on the keyboard for the 17 inch version. Very happy with this purchase.

This is my first gaming laptop and it was worth every penny. Games run really smooth and the per RGB keyboard is fantastic. The display is really nice. The only con I would give about this laptop is the battery life but with most gaming laptops the battery’s suck so it’s nbd.

Approaching one month of use and I still can't get over how quick it is! Games run as smooth as butter (possibly even smoother!) and the display is crisp! The fan does get pretty loud, even at half speed. I highly recommend using it on a flat surface or purchasing a lap pad. This thing puts out a lot of heat. Booting up and shutting down is very quick (less than 15 seconds). It isn't preloaded with bloatware, which I was very thankful for. There are a few apps installed (Alienware Command Center and Nvidia). Very happy with this purchase and hopefully will be for several years to come.

I love this laptop. The battery life is pretty good with battery saver on, which is about two hours, buf mostly I just keep it plugged up when in use. Previously I had a HP G7 (which was also a good laptop), but this one definitely beats it in every way. The fans are quiet, unless you're running a graphics-heavy game (my previous laptop constantly sounded like a jet engine). So far, it's been able to run everything I've thrown at it, from Skyrim with over 1000 mods enabled, to Apex. Very happy overall with this purchase.

Happy with my purchase. This gaming laptop handles games on ultra very smoothly and stays fairly cool. The Alienware control system allows me to set the fan speeds and keyboard color settings for each game. When the case feels slightly warm, I just ramp up the fan speed to full and it cools the case, cpu, and gpu down to icy in seconds. The overclock program is easy to use. Next to no bloat ware (only a trial of Microsoft, but that’s typical). The Dell help programs are very nice and actually helpful. I have had a Dell system a few decades ago and have strayed away from them ever since, but this system had everything I was looking for and a few extras I didn’t know I needed but love that they are included. A great system in this package. Trilled with this purchase. Oh and it does come with the RBG per key! Best Buy should state that fact, but there is a lot of features Best Buy left out of the description that would interest people. Like the fact this system runs at 150w which allows the graphics to be far better then other systems that have the same GPU but only run at 80w thus don’t use the full capabilities of the GPU. The laptop is a real beauty which before even opening the case it captures people’s eyes. But upon lifting the lid and it lights all up, just wow! Seriously Wow! I love the white case as it gives it a classy look. So tired of the boring old black cases of desk and laptops. I keep my computers clean so no worries of dust or smudges. This will be a well loved and pampered laptop.

Im what you might call a gamer, ive played my fair share of Mincraft, Roblox, and even Fortnite. This devine gaming PC blew away my expectations. Are you looking to play 2 games at once while also watching your favorite twitch streamer? No problem! The fans do get a little noisy sometimes to the point where it sounds like a jet engine and I get worried this laptop might start flying away. Other than that I've had no issues. The RGB keyboard looks very nice as well and is essential for anyone who calls themselves a true gamer. Gaurenteed to make any of your friends that has one of those outdated and primitive "gaming" desktops jealous.

Runs modern games great, let's me carry generations of games through emulators and still run Cyberpunk all in one machine. Can't complain.

Outstanding computer! Lightning fast, beautiful graphics with no lag. Overall a really nice package. Cool programmable keyboard lighting allows me to highlight the keys I use for my work software. The lunar light color makes it stand out amongst all the black and grays out there! :). Boots quickly so I am ready to go. Very thin for its class as well. I would have loved 4K graphics and the battery life leaves a little to be desired but both sacrifices are worth it for the speed. I recommend this unit for sure!

Great deal. Very powerful computer. Capable to play any and all games. Battery wont last long because of the power. High frames for gaming. Would purchase again if i had to.

Had to have this laptop when I saw it on display in the local best buy. First one I bought had some pretty bad backlight bleed so I took it to geek squad and they agreed it was pretty bad. Replaced it for the last one they had in the store and there is minimal backlight bleed. Couldn't be happier with this laptop! Only negatives are the battery life is not great and the laptop can get hot at times. Otherwise very impressed thus far! Love all the RGB and the Silver of the laptop.

I love this laptop. The build quality feels premium and the performance is unmatched. All of my games run smoothly, even the demanding ones like Call of Duty Warzone. Unlike Razer and other brands, Alienware doesn't throttle the amount of power you can use so you can get the full performance of the CPU and GPU. The vapor chamber and four exhaust vents allow for extra cooling so your laptop can use all that extra power without over heating. Overall, if your focus is gaming, then there's no better laptop currently out in my opinion.

I've had this laptop for about 3 months now and I couldn't be happier. It plays every game I throw at it with ease and at high to ultra settings. I've added a 2tb ssd to it which is also very easy to do. This is my first gaming laptop and I'm hooked. I can connect it to my monitor on my desk at home and get 1440p output with good results and framerates. As my grandpa always told me, you get what you pay for. BTW, this does have the full powered 3070, and not a lower wattage one like in most laptops.

I bought this laptop for my son who is gaming a lot. Between school work and gaming, he needs a computer that runs strong for 12 hours a day. he has been complaining about another Dell laptop he was using. Although it was fairly new , it was not mainly designed for gaming like this one. The design is elegant , setup is very easy , and it runs very fast. if you need a laptop for gaming , I would highly consider this one, it is more expensive compared to others, but I am hoping it is a long term investment.

If you need a fast gaming laptop in this era of graphics card shortages this is an option. The keyboard is quite nice and has a great responsive feel. The arrangement of the various ports is annoying and creates a messy setup unless you use a dock. The ethernet port cover is a burden when unplugging most cables. Would I have bought this if there weren't parts shortages? Probably not, but who knows when things will get back to normal. Otherwise it is an ok machine.

I wanted a laotop that can do anything wherever I go. I mainly bought it for work to edit videos and to play some games if I wanted to. I have the 16gb ram version and I was worried. I had YouTube playing a high quality video with discord video chat going on And Call of Duty warzone playing at the same time. I was very impressed with its performance!
