Super awesome speed machine! It’s required for my son’s college engineering courses and he is very happy with it. Cooling system is very loud and it weighs a ton. But the light affects are cool.

I purchased this computer a month ago as an open box. The price was great and the quality is very good. It runs good and i the response time is very fast. I recommend this gaming laptop for the quality and performances.

For the short time this laptop worked it was great! First, the heat sink and then battery died. After getting that replaced by a technician coming to my home within 24hr of informing Dell, the speakers stopped working then it was the motherboard went bad. Dell was great in getting the replacement laptop to me within 3 days. Alienware warranty is highly recommended. This laptop came with the basic coverage and all repairs and replacements including tech time was covered with the basic coverage. After all of that happened, i extended and upgraded my warranty to the premium package.

I love this pc I use it for coding,editing,gaming. It does it all! I undervolt it so the temps won’t get too crazy but even with stock you will be fine. This is a MUST!

This laptop is excellent for my needs of gaming and video editing. It is a bit heavy but it's not the kind of machine that you keep commuting with. It is a powerhouse and the 360Hz display is pretty unique. I recommend.

The computer can handle anything howver the fan setting are challenging if id set it anywhere less than 100% IT WOULD GO TO 0% UNTILL it got warm enough that it forced it to 100% i found if i rebooted it it would go to proper setting but rebooting for every change of fan was annoying also the fan at 100% is annoying if i didn't have sound playing through a headset At first the sound i said to my self yea that's what id expect of a gaming laptop needs to cool for that poweeeeerrrr!! But it grew annoying at 100% when i wasn't gaming n had to change fan settings then reboot every time i was between games doing other stuff

Since I bought my first 980 alienware, working has never been so easy. This new 3070 allows me to play any game and run any program including 3d design programs such as Lumion or Revit. I recommend this 100%!

Great product ! This is the third Alienware I had in my life . The cpu is definitely quieter than my last. Down fall only is batter life when not plugged in. But that is expected for a power house

This thing is a beast! The display and graphics are fantastic and seems to be handling anything i throw at it so far. This type of rig has always been on my bucket list and i have zero regrets with this purchase.

I really like it, The only think that I see that is like disappointing is the battery life, when you are using it the life is around 45 minutes

Very sleek and nice looking gaming laptop. Great value IMO, this will last me many years to come. Mostly used for travel.

Great for value, and excellent configurable settings to meet every gaming want or need. Fan is a bit loud if you allow it to operate on certain settings, but this is to be expected.

Purchased the Alienware M17 R4 open box in white-LOVE it. Very impressed!! Super happy with 3070 graphics-its a rocket ship!

Love this computer. Absolute beast. Runs newer games in high FPS. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a gaming laptop.

It's ok, nothing special. Keep getting an error saying that the charger that it came with isn't compatible. Call and did the updates no fix. Gets hot, fans are loud but not obnoxious.

Great laptop, purchase when my other laptop died. Large screen, less than 9 secs to boot up. I just wish I still gamed alot, mostly just watch streaming videos in 4k.

This is my first new laptop since 2008, am really happy with the purchase. Always wanted an Alienware machine, it does not disappoint. The Alienware update system had some issues, was able to eliminate them by doing the updates one-by-one. I haven't had a lot of time to work with it yet, but I am going on vacation soon, at that time I will get into it much more. Am wondering where my "add-on" of Webroot is - it's not installed and requires purchase. I'll probably have to call customer service. All in all, am very happy with the laptop. If you're on the fence on this one, go ahead, it'll make your day.
