Purchased this radio paired witht he alpine power pack and my car sounds Amazing! The radio is super responsive. The quality of the image is so clear!!!

It’s an awesome unit. Kinda complicated to figure out all the bells and whistles but that’s probably on me.

Super happy with this head unit, it’s super nice, I really love it.

The unit is everything I expected it works perfectly, The screen is easy to read the sensitivity of the radio to pull in stations and sub stations is better than any other radio that I have had before and the sound quality is great, just takes a little tinkering with the setup to reach the sound preference of your chose.

Awesome car radio but one glitch occurs during phone calls it just abruptly shuts off screen until call is over ... very glitchy but otherwise Awesome

This unit has all the bells and whistles you will need including HDMI in and out ports for additinal media devices! Sound is way better than stock. I will admit there have been issues with android auto wireless connectivity where I have to turn the unit off then on to regain connection which doesnt always work but otherwise when its on its a very solid unit. I added a rear and blind spot camera and works flawless. I hope connectivity issues are not hardware related and something they can fix with an update. 5 stars for now

Looks great, sounds great, user interface is well done. Glad i made the upgrade. The 9 inch display was a great impovement.

I bought this a while ago. Was able to do car play. The main reason was to do Uber. At first it was amazing you can raise the volume up for the navigation system and the media. With the new update i cant get the Bolume to get low and the music to play really high. That is the only reason i give it a 4

Just got this installed in my 19' Ridgeline. I went with a family-owned business locally for the install. I gave this a 4/5 review because the manual was not very thorough. It doesn't tell you that during initial set up, some apps will be "grayed out." In order to access these apps, which i'm assuming is a safety feature, you have to engage your parking break, disengage it, and then re-engage it. Kind of a hassle, but glad I got Android Play now.

Went with the 9" unit. Glad I did. Looks amazing and fits perfect in my 2016 VW Passat. Best Buy installer did an excellent job. My only minor quibble is that the USB female type A plug/cord that sticks out in front below the unit isn't charging my phone. There's a 2nd plug for Android auto but I haven't tried it. I'll have to check with Best Buy. It might just be a menu setting issue. Other than that, it's all love

Happy so far, I had a regular alpine stereo with a cd player in it before and the old remote works with this stereo!

I love this ILX-F509 its a great option and works flawless with android devices im super happy with this device, settings are really easy to use and has multiple options for adjustment.

Great unit but they could have done a better job with controls. Anytime you have to 'fumble around' trying to tap the correct digital button (which is very small) on the screen while driving is dangerous.

Great radio at a great price. This is very easy to use. Bought it for my Motorhome and absolutely love it
