To our dismay this photo frame didn't work for longer than 3 minutes at a time. It was a birthday present for my mother-in-law. We tried getting it setup for her during her birthday weekend so she could see all the pictures right then and there, but it would only stay on about 3 minutes. It would act like it timed itself out by going to a black screen but then it wouldn't come back on, unless you hit the power button twice. I am really disappointed it did not work for her, but I was very pleased at the size of the frame and quality of picture. When my husband went back to exchange it for another one, bestbuy said it was out of stock completely. So, back to the hunt for, yet, another digital photo frame....

I bought it online and of course after having such a hard time trying to make it work with not success I decided to return it, bestbuy didn't give me my money back even the item didn't work. My husband and I tried to make it work and we are pretty high tech, we went to bestbuy and they didn't even know how to do it. The remote doesn't work, the screen doesn't show any pictures or videos. Awful customer services and sad how they don't take care of their customers. 2 clients less bestbuy

This is Aluratek 14 digital frame is garbage. It is not best buys’ fault but obviously the maker. This large frame is really nice looking but there is no transition between photos in the slideshow. Jerky, inconsistent. Garbage. Even the ‘timing’ of 5 second display does not really work properly. Sometimes the image shows for a mere second only to show up again. What an incredible disappointment. I cannot suggest the investment. I am returning for full refund. What a shame. I was looking forward to this product to display my photographs.

Purchased the photo frame but product would not automatically turn on or off as selected in the menu. After several attempts and contacting the manufacturer's product support, they offered to replace the product; however, return shipping was at my expense. They returned a remanufactured product to me with a broken frame stand. After receiving a replacement stand for the remanufactured product and setting all functions, the product had the same faults as the original product.

No matter what i did every picture was distorted. Half of the pictures turned green when they came up... I'll be returning it to the store after fighting with it for a week now.
