Husband wanted to try with non-Bluetooth tv and his Bluetooth headphones. They connected but the transmission quality was bad.

Unable to give an adequate review since I never was able to get it to function.even after following the written instructions.

I have no major complaints about this Aluratek Bluetooth transmitter. Its range is typical for Bluetooth devices, and as such, only drops out when the range is exceeded. It is pretty unremarkable, except that getting it paired the first time was frustrating at best. Once that was accomplished, it was quick to re-connect and perform well. Its small size and light weight keep it from being an annoyance. The two LEDs (red and blue) reveal a lot, but some of what it tells (connection type, for example) is not explained, and required a online search for explanation. The answers ended up meaning nothing to a consumer who isn’t interested in this very esoteric information.

Maybe it is a good product if it would work with my TV. When I take it back I hope they can tell me what will work.

I had it hooked up to my receiver about 25 feet away but only seemed To work occasionally and not continuously. I returned it

hard to get them to pair with Bluetooth headphones, returned to store , I would wait awhile and see if the technology improves

Will most likely be returning this product, have tried multiple times and can't get it to work. Will give it one more go.

I had to return it because it wasn't compatible with my TCL tv. Although it says compatible with any tv.

Does not work will not sync yo any Bluetooth device useless purchase will be returning it as soon as possible.

Junk. Never worked leds don’t work. Neither red or green work as indicated in the manual indicates.

Hard to get set up and if the lights are off it flashes all night and a distraction while you sleep

Probaby a good device, unfortunately mine didnt work coming right from the packaging. (New TV works just fine)

didnt work for what i was using it with. best buy associate said it would. i returned it the next day.

I purchased one, used it once then broke. I brought it back for a new one, same thing it stopped working.

I bought this to give my ipod classic bluetooth connectivity but it didn't work at all.

Small buttons that are hard to know if you are pressing correctly. Won't pair with any Bluetooth device.

Could not get it to connect to my apple earbuds. Was returned to Bestbuy with no problem

I was hoping that I would be able to stream from my audio receiver. Tried without luck so returned item.

I set this device up for the TV in my bedroom so I can use my Sony wireless earphones. Set up is simple and once everything is plugged in you just pair the wireless devices via Bluetooth. You can Bluetooth enable your regular audio devices that aren’t already Bluetooth such as a TV, stereo, computer, laptop, anything that has a 3.5mm headphone or aux out port. If you don’t have an aux port or headphone port on your TV, you can use the included 3.5 mm RCA Y-cable (red and white Y-cable) to hook up this audio transmitter, pair (Bluetooth) wireless devices and then you are able to use your Bluetooth wireless headphones or earbuds through this device. Set up is pretty simple. It paired to my earphones easily. Just press the button on your headphones/earbuds and this audio transmitter device and it will pair them together for your use. You can even have two headsets or earbuds paired at the same time! It also remembers the paired items, so that you can easily hook up to it again and again without any hassle. It states that you can use this up to 50 feet away, but it seems more like 30 – 35 feet, but being in another room could be causing interference. I can walk about 35 ft away before a problem, as long as there is nothing between me and the TV to cause interference. Takes about 3 hours to fully charge and gives approximately 10 hours of use before needing to be recharged. If you can’t wait for it to charge you can even use it while charging it. I love that I can now use my wireless headphones or wireless earbuds while in bed watching TV and won't be bothering anyone in the house at bedtime.
