Works great but first one broke

Great way to listen to my TV on full blast with great quality and comfort of my Bluetooth earbuds while in bed so my girlfriend can sleep. Recommend getting geek squad on the transmitter because the first one I purchased broke after a year. Worth the few extra bucks for the replacement plan!

    Not worth it

I bought this so that I could charge my phone while also listening to music but I can’t do that because I have to charge the Bluetooth thing 24/7 or it won’t work. Also, it never automatically connects to my phone so every time I want to get in my car and listen I have to spend 5 minutes turning it off and turning it back on so it will connect. Would not recommend.

    Piece of Overpriced Junk

It’d be nice to know that this doesn’t work with phones. Says it on the box but nowhere in the description or anywhere on the web page. Who makes a Bluetooth device like this? 2020 and it can’t connect to a phone? But everything else? Why? To sell the more expensive model? You could make one of these for under $10 and you’d still do better than these guys did, and as a plus, the device you’d make would connect to a phone. Buying this is the equivalent of burning money. Absolute waste.

Transmitter works but could be better

The transmitter works as intended. The cord is s little short so I believe this is the reason I pick up a bit of interference when using my wireless headphones. A slightly longer cord to get it further from the tv components would likely help.

    Doesn't use standard charger input

Started to go to BB to pick this up. Fortunately, contacted mfr. CS before going. VERY quick response via chat. The said they do not use the std. micro USB charging cord - but use a proprietary cord/connection on the advice. That means you had better not lose the charger and can't use ny of the numerous std. wires you have. Even Apple, like all other mfrs., will be using USB. This is only BT transmitter BB carries. Had to order one from the big "A".

Works but emits white noise bursts

Straightforward to use, sound quality seems fine. But during quiet passages of music it puts out sporadic bursts of white noise on L or R channel. Product support was a laugh. Email reply: "That sound is often made by bluetooth devices when they are connected. When not streaming, it is a reminder that the devise are still connected." Give me a break.

    Don't Use with TV headphones

Purchased this device and two Bose wireless headsets upon the recommendation of salesperson. I wanted to use two Bose wireless headsets while my wife and I are watching TV. The device was easy to install and sync with the headsets. Here's the problem: You CANNOT use two headsets at the same time. One links fine but when you turn the other headset on, you get the message: "cannot find the bluetooth link." I specifically asked the sales person if you could use both headsets with one transmitter and the answer was affirmative. The other big problem is that there is a delay between the audio and video signals with the video lagging a fraction of a second behind. In other words, the sound you hear and the person's lips on the TV are not in synchronization. This was driving us crazy so I'm bringing the transmitter along with the two Bose headsets to Best Buy tomorrow. Having spent over $500 for the three items, I am quite disappointed. I had so much confidence in the salesman's recommendation.

I bought this to use with Sony wireless headphones and my TV; if you follow the instructions, pairing is easy. There does seem to be some hissing when there is no signal volume from the TV. Overall I am pleased with the purchase.

Spec’s rate it at a range of 33’. My living room is 30’, this thing has had intermittent connection issues since purchased. Now after having it for two months, IF it connects every sound is broken up. I wouldn’t recommend this product to my worst enemy.

    Terrible Latency

I did not have a problem setting it up to my UE BT speakers, but the latency (delay between the words spoken on TV and the speakers was so bad it makes this product un-usable! I will find another use for it (maybe for music only or something), but it does not work well with trying to connect to a TV or tablet, etc...

Returned the first device as it was able to transmit only the left audio channel. The replacement is working fine as of now but there is a major issue. I have to pair my Bluetooth headset Everytime I turn it on.

Junk - Worked for one use.

Bought to retrofit a TV for Bluetooth. I tested it with a small iHome portable speaker and it worked fine. Came back the next day with the Harman Kardon speakers I really wanted and I couldn't get the transmitter to turn off to pair. Unplugged everything, held the button repeatedly, and nothing - both the red and blue lights just stayed on. Called customer support and was told it needed to be reset and there was no way to do that and I needed to return it. Looked online and found that it will reset once it runs out of power, but since it's just sitting in its box, it is going to take awhile. I might try it again if it runs out of juice by tomorrow, but I will definitely be returning it. An absolute on/off switch is needed, not just a single button that does everything.

    Poor customer support options

According to their customer service line this device froze on my first time using it. The rep said it cannot be reset or corrected and should be exchanged for a different product. The new product is resettable, which sounds good and also is supposed to transmit and receive, which I do not need. Also, the replacement costs 138% more than the one I bought!

    Failed with Nordictrack s22i

Just purchased a new s22I. Got this transmitter, plugged it into mini jack and paired easily. Problem is that Nordictrack has volume settings you can adjust for music, trainer or just volume. This transmitter would only transmit music and nothing else. Everything else works, wired headphones, speakers...etc.
