I've used other cooling pads before, but stopped because they were too noisy. This one does make some noise, but it's so soft you almost don't even notice it....I'll keep this until it dies on me, then go back and buy another....great product!

For the price I paid you could say it’s a good deal, however every time I connect to a videoconference people at the other end say they could hear a fan, or some type of noise. I just don’t know if I’ll recommend it. Maybe there’s something else better out there

This is a great cooling pad for laptops, easy to use, just plug into your usb laptop port, and all done, fans start working, they are quiet, and the pad has blue led lights.

Poorly built. It seems the worker struggled to get the screen onto the base and warped the pad from the tension. The whole thing is lopsided and wobbles like an uneven table. Extremely frustrating. What kind of quality assurance does this company have? I haven't even tried plugging it in yet to see if the fans work.

I ordered this because my daughter was streaming on her laptop and the screen cracked. This should cool things down.

I love this product. I especially liked the way it lights up underneath as the fans are turning it adds a nice touch to my daughters laptop

I bought this to replace a cooling pad I had which had muffin fan failure. It handles my needs as it elevates and cools. The unit seems to be a little noisy compared to my old unit.

I got it for my Dell Laptop 15 inch. It works great for my laptop and helping it coolers than don’t use it.

Does the job. Quite fans. Cool display. Would recommend for the money.

My laptop keeps sliding around on the surface it needs something to grip.

I'm pretty sure the fans can spin faster, like honestly. Silent? YES!! Fast? NO!!! Cool? probably, but in the most insignificant way possible. I picked this up for 5 bucks so it's def worth 5 bucks, but def not over 15.

I placed my laptop on the chill pad and there was no coating or lip on it and my laptop slid right off on to the floor and broke Don’t chance it
