Q: How many USB ports does this cooler have?
A: It has 2 usb ports on the back. The cool thing is that it is a pass through for your laptop. Therefore, it's just like plugging a usb device directly into your computer usb port.
A: It does run off a USB only. After further checking it does NOT take batteries
Q: Is this too small for a 17.3" laptop?
A: Yes it fits great also use it for my 13 inch but mostly I use it with my 17inch
A: This does not use batteries. It uses a USB cable, which connects the stand to your laptop. The stand comes with the USB cable. The stand also has 2 USB ports, one is used to power the stand while the other can be used to charge your phone/devices. I’ve attached a picture
Q: would this fit a 15.6" ryzen 7 lenovo ideapad 3
A: Yes it should. I have a similarly sized laptop and it fits perfectly with about a finger width of room on either side.
Q: Can you turn off the lights, if you're someone with eye strain or light sensitivity issues?
A: No, you can’t turn off those lights without turning off the fan. However, when you lower the fan speed, it also dims the lights. The lights aren’t bright at all. Your laptop will be sitting on top of it, so you likely won’t even notice the lights. If your laptop is at least 11 inches wide, the lights will be completely covered by your laptop. I don’t even notice the lights are on when my laptop is on it, not even from the sides or the back. I’ve attached some pics, which I took in the dark. I have the fans/lights on high in both pics. One pic is with my laptop on the stand, you can’t even see the blue lights at all. You can only see the light my laptop is emitting. Other pic is what it looks like without the laptop on it. I really don’t think the lights will be a problem for you

Q: Will this cooling pad fit my 15 inch Asus gaming laptop?
A: Yes, I’m using it with the Legion 7i, which has a 15.6” screen and there’s still some extra room on both sides.
