    So far so good, installed fairly easy (wish mfrs would standardize the mounting brackets). Instructions easy to follow and Seems to work well. Curious why the Amana name isnt on the outside?

    Door of microwave is perfect. The door is the Achilles heal of a microwave. From the constant opening n closing the door loosens and will not close properly. The microwave then will not start. I wanted a door that would not loosen up n cause a stoppage in service n cookin g..

    The microwave is as expected. The servicemen were efficient and experienced. HOWEVER, they must have moved the stove below for some reason. It is now leaning on the left wall of the counter and there is a very very large space on the right! I called and asked for someone to come back to center it. I am am elderly. Everything seems to be falling down that opening. Can someone help me? Please!

    Great microwave at a great price. Purchased as a replacement to my 10 year old one, and it fit in the same spot. Uses all the same hardware as previous models. Agent at the store was quick and great service.

    So happy I could get this model. My mother needed a new microwave and wanted an Amana. Apparently Amana microwaves are hard to find. Maybe because they have a good reputation. I ordered online and added installation and haul away. It all went perfectly. The installer was professional, covid compliant and very nice. He even emptied out the cabinet above the microwave b/c it was required beforehand for the installation. My 89 year old mother was not able to climb a ladder to empty the cabinet. Great product from a great retailer.
