    My first time using it it shrunk 4 shirts (2 dress tops and 2 cardigans) which I had washed and dried several times before in a different machine. I think this machine gets really hot so I have to use less drying time than what I'm used to. So far though I'm pleased with the functionality. I throw a clran, dry towel in with my clothes to cut down on drying time and average size load of clothes dries in 30mins.
