    Works fine so far. We bought a model that was out of the box. Efficient customer service and no complaints yet. We got the item a month ago. No dents or visual damages came with it. Looks nice.

    Two months into the purchase and there is absolutely no heat, no low or high heat on any setting. I didnt need a fancy dryer, just a basic one that dries. This no longer does that, just wastes electricity.
