Next we discover we have no power cord. Ordered one and had it delivered. Finally followed instructions and connected cord. Plugged it in. Put in clothes and set for 30 minutes. Went away and came back an hour later, still running and clothes still wet. No heat and doesn't switch off. Went into my best buy and was told nothing they can do, have to call Amana. Feeling defeated. Bestbuy have always been so helpful with all my many past purchases, this is my first time with a real problem and they could not help.
