No bells and whistles but gets the job done. The dryer is efficient and doesn't take a lot of space.

This is a difficult review to write based on just the product as the first dryer I ordered, arrived and I thought all would be well. However, we discovered within the first 3 attempted loads that the dials would not move and the dryer continuous would run for hours if we didn't stop it manually. Then, in the mix of those 3 loads, the dryer actually electrocuted me (not shocked, ELECTROCUTED me). After the 2nd time being electrocuted and feeling as if I needed to go to the hospital it was that bad, we contacted Best Buy and asked them to take it back. They said the dryer must have been defective and placed a return/exchange order. I am a little disappointed that no one really verified that everything was ok or offered any other real solution other than the exchange but I guess you get what you pay for and this was the cheapest dryer Best Buy has available. The new dryer arrived, and works just perfectly.

This is a terrible dryer. It got delivered and didn't work, Delivery Guy stated it was my outlet. I just purchased this property and had an inspection showing that outlet was fine. I called in a Electrician (more money) and let Best Buy know it was the Dryer 5 days later they brought me another Dryer. This was a seasonal rental property and it was going to be rented for the next 3 weeks. exactly 28 days to the date the 2nd Dryer went bad. I had to compensate my renter and had to have another Dryer brought out. Best Buy was able to Deliver another 5 days later and so far its been 3 weeks I don't hold out hope it will last 6 months this is a nightmare product.
