I'm so disappointed by this machine and waste of money it was. I had it delivered and installed by Best Buy and the first few loads of laundry worked like a charm. I liked how simple and easy to use the machine was. Now it's simply broken. Within a MONTH this machine was spinning without heating up. The process of trying to alleviate this problem has been a huge headache that's still left me with a broken dryer and a lost desire to purchase appliances from Best Buy again.

But a newer model did the same thing so I'm assuming it's my houses fault. Something with the tubing being filled up. So I'm sorry I don't know what to say about the model.

ALSO STARTED TO MAKE AN EXTREMELY LOUD NOISE LAST WEEK. IVE ONLY HAD THIS FOR 3 MONTHS. THEY ARE COMING TO LOOK AT IN IN A WEEK.
