Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I called Best Buy before purchasing the dryer and had them come out to make sure it would fit in my space. The tech said it did but I’d need a periscope vent, which the installer would have whim. The very young installer came, installed, pushed the start button for 3 seconds and rushed off. Turns out he just left the old collapsible vent and the dryer didn’t work unless I dragged it away from the wall. I called Best Buy and they said I had to buy the vent and they would reinstall. The tech who showed up was sullen and irritated. He said the vent would not work. I had to push him to try to solve the problem. He begrudgingly cut Down the collapsible vent and said it worked. It doesn’t. I have to run two cycles to dry a normal load. Very disappointed. The matching washer is great and the installation went fine.
