But I got stuck with a bad one. It got delivered with no issues on Sat. I did a very small load of laundry. Put it on heat dry on the longest setting. It’s still damp. It doesn’t dry like all the negative comments state. And it’s impossible to get in touch with a live person on the phone.

Even then it won't dry cloth fully had to order replacement even then it won't dry my clothes. Even after drying for 2 hours clothes are still wet. Save your time and recommend spending couple hundred more and buy something reliable.

Had to wait a month to get it fixed through amana. The felt came loose n caused the motor to blow.
