I opted for the lower cost as a temporary fix to "just dry the clothes". I purchased a new one since my older dryer caused me to run the cycles twice, which I am finding that I have to do with this "new" dryer.

This dryer does not get hot and we got it serviced as still under warranty and the thermostat was replaced on 09/03/20 and still not getting hot.

It took 2 cycles to dry every load, regardless of size or setting. New dryer seems marginally better. But the guy who installed it did not level the feet, so the dryer wobbles and moved about 3-4 inches from the wall during the first load.

We did not need a new hose so returned it and are still waiting two weeks later for the refund. Recommend you return any unneeded parts to the store yourself rather than leaving it up to the installer.

They stated that they didn't have time to complete my order as they were running behind. My new dryer was left sitting in the middle of my garage. I had phoned and complained about this. I was given another appointment for 4/15/21 , 0700 to 1PM. No one called, texted, or even showed up!!!!! I am disappointed and quite disgusted by my treatment/service.
