decent dryer for the money ,how ever it arrived dented from shipping ? can not get ahold of any one in customer service . they just will not answer the phone after several attemps

This is not a fancy dryer but it does what it is supposed to do which is what I wanted it. My clothes are dry the 1st time around. I don’t have to turn it back on which is great. The only thing I don’t like is the vent is on the top of the dryer instead of inside the dryer.

I bought this because it was the cheapest dryer out there but to my surprise it turned out way better than the old GE that I had. This thing dries clothes extremely quick. The only thing I didn't like about it that it doesn't have a light when you open the door.

Works well but the only thing I don’t care for is that it recently started getting misbalanced. It shakes.

Wanted a dryer that was simple to use but did a good job of drying clothes quickly and mostly wrinkle free. This dryer is meeting my expectations. The price point was also a consideration. Very satisfied.

everything went welI with innstallation did not need parts for dryer vent and suggested we return for refund. We always feel good deal ing with best buy as we have thru the years

I love this dryer. It’s dry so fast and good. I be wow! But only thing I wish it was like a bell or something to let me know when it done. I love these type of dry! They work amazing and last for years.

I love my washer and dryer set. I brought this set for my apartment. It is actually the first washer and dryer set that I have ever owned. This set is perfect for a person who just moved out on their own.

Very nice inexpensive dryer. So far so good. Nice delivery guys and install went very smoothly.

I chose this to replace one that had many more features that went unused. All we really needed was one that dried clothes quickly. This one fits that need well. Dries quicker than the old one. Only negative is how noisy it is, though that has not been a problem for us.

The Amanda Dryer was a nice basic dryer, but I returned it right away when I saw that Best Buy had gotten just gotten an LG dryer in stock that matched my LG washer which I had also gotten at Best Buy.

Had since november so far so good for a cheap dryer (knock on wood) It doesn't get large loads all the way dry though on the energy efficient or 60 minute setting. Have to dry larger loads about 90 minutes.

Great dryer. One issue when delivered it had a dent on the side when my wife asked the delivery drivers they told her that happened at Best Buy and not by them. I sent email about it haven't heard anything yet? Thanks

I got the matching washing machine on sale and had them both delivered and installed together and it’s such a great value. I totally expect it to last at least 10 years.

This is my first experience with Amana products and I am thrilled. My previous washer and dryer had serviced me for almost 10 years and I wanted to update and take advantage of the Black Friday sales before they(washer and drier) both died!! It has been a great experience!!

This washer and dryer set is great for the price. I didn't give it 5 stars for two reasons. One,you can't pick the load size and two, the dryer door has to be slammed for it to close. Other than that, it's a great buy.

Best Buy has great quality products. Shopping experience is comfortable without anyone pressuring you. The service is also fast whereas you can walk in, get your purchase and go.

This dryer is good for the price. As you know the higher price you got the more options and stuff you get. But for the price we paid we are very happy. I wish cords and stuff came with the dryer. Seems like we have to buy everything new to have it installed.

So far so good. Only issue is the control knob It feels pretty weak like it could brake off. We will see later on.

My only complaint would be the capacity. This washer does not allow you to run the water while the lid is open. Oftentimes, I will "fill up the washer" and by the time the clothes are done, there is about 1/2 of what I would wash in a similar-sized washing machine.
