I am glad I choose Best Buy to purchase my washer and dryer. The associate was very professional and he answered all of my questions. The young man that installed my washer and dryer did a awesome job and he was very professional.

Love my dryer. Though sometimes it makes sound during the spin, especially while using light loads. But I guess this due to installation not the machine itself.

Machine has functioned well with no service needs. Very solid machine.

Love the size of the opening. Much easier to get clothes in and out. Drying time was fantastic. Surprised because it was a very cost effective appliance.

I have had this dryer for two weeks now and I can’t say one bad thing about. One cycle and everything is completely dry. I will be purchasing the washer in the near future.:

Geek squad delivered and put in place. I hooked it up. Hit start. Tested the different drying modes. All worked. This dryer has only been in place about a month but so far so good.

i am an investor and bought the unit for a house i am going to flip so i don't have an idea of the quality of the unit since i haven't used it myself. but the price is good and best buy had the best deal compared to other distributors

Although I've only used this dryer a couple times so far, it drys your clothes fast. The only drawback I have found so far is you have to bend way down to retrieve your clothes. I would suggest a pedestal.

Great experience. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly also helped me find other items quickly. Did not have to wait in line at the register. After the purchase only had to wait a few minutes before they loaded the item

so far so good!! love my new dryer especially for the price!!! side note haven’t had a dryer for a minute so i could be super excited not to have to go to the laundromat

This is a great dryer. The last one I had, which was the same make, lasted a few years before the problems came. I'm confident in giving the brand another but with a warranty this time.

Great budget dryer, a bit compacr but great for tight places. Hopefully it will last us long

This dryer operates quietly and dries clothes quickly. The settings are just what you need and has a simple, well thought out knob/control panel. I hate the digital panels and think that this is all you need and is a better price.

This was a very economical dryer , purchased for a townhouse. So thinking it would be Ok since using only part time. I have been totally satisfied with the dryer and would say there is no reason not to buy It for primary use.

This was the first time I had a great deal on buying a washer and dryer in one purchase. Most times it is too expensive to buy both at once. This was such a great deal I could'nt pass it up. The delivery was excellent as well.

I’ve owned this dryer for over a year. It’s performing well. I’d say the only aspect I’ve noticed is that on the setting for energy efficient- I usually have to run it longer to completely dry my clothes.

the dryer door is a little flimsy and the catch is a little cheesey. but works well. check out the door catch when it closes, very loud and cheap AND MAKES NOISE WHEN OPENED AND CLOSED
