Even with that and missing out on free delivery, they charge you for dryer vent and electrical dryer cord or they won't install it for you.

T As soon as I started using this Amana dryer I noticed that takes longer to dry than any dryer I have ever had. After 60 minutes of high heat, the clothes were still damp. Now it takes even longer to dry. It is still under the manufacturer's warranty so I have to go through Whirlpool not Best Buy for fixing it.
