||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The assistance that I received when trying to verify delivery schedule was so ridiculous because it came first from the Philippines from someone that was impossible to understand and who then transferred my call to Mexico when I requested to speak to anyone from the U.S.A to try to resolve the problem. The nasty arrogant Mexican lady obviously had no intention to provide any assistance. Not a reasonable way to do business. Going online was equally as useless. NEVER AGAIN!

Dryer for low use

Best to use the cool settings for shirts. Other than that, seems to be fine for the price.

I have had trouble with this dryer since about day 3 of having it. I have to fry my clothes about 3 or 4 times before they are completely dry. I had maintenance come out to check for any issues with the dryer vent and nothing. I really wanted to love this dryer, because the price was nice. I truly regret getting it. Now it isn’t returnable and I’m stuck with a horrible dryer. :(

Not best drying quality

Not only was my delivery messed up several times and was told I would get some sort of something for the awful service, never heard a thing back about it. The dryer absolutely sucks from first day of use! Takes 2 to 4 times at least to dry one load and drastically increased my PG&E bill the past few months. Very unhappy with this product and how this whole order went down! Would not recommend this dryer what so ever

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it because I was under a budget and read some decent review on bestbuy.com but it turn out to be my worse buy ever...its taking 3 cycle (60 min) each just to dry small load. so, i contacted Amana who has worse customer service and finally set me appointment after 3 weeks with a local repair service and they are asked me to clean vent and call them if that works. In short they are not sending anyone rather give me tips to fix it myself...So frustrated of Amana dry quality and their quality check since product appears to be defective out of box!
