Great for drying and heats up fast. Only problem I see is the the door itself is done poorly and cheaply. other than that I like it.

Has a very strange smell that has yet to burn off after weeks of use. Also requires multiple cycles to dry, not as powerful as expected.

Dryer came smashed which is understandable but took days to get resolved. Made several calls not returned. Had to call two stores. Finally called 800 number. Total confusion.

Clothing is not completely dry after first dry I have tried all cycles. Takes 2 drys for me for complete dryness of clothes.

Not a machine for a large family. If I wash a lot of towels it has to go through two cycles to dry. Otherwise it’s fine.

Not drying efficiently after 18 months of use. Limited warranty only covers one year from purchase date, which makes purchasing a protection plan necessary. Not worth the purchase price, since spending a bit extra will get you a more modern appliance with more features. Wouldn't recommend - outdated appliance that is not built to last/manufacturer's warranty is very limited.

I like the dryer in general for the price but I've done two loads and both needed to be dried twice. Thinking about returning it????

-5 stars for the dryer. -0 stars for Best Buy's "open box" standards/policy. Saved a good chunk buying an "open box" product. After picking it up and getting it downstairs to my basement laundry room I discovered why I got such a deal. It looks like they dropped it off the back of a truck. Huge dent in the back panel, missing power block panel, no screws to attach the power cable and no feet for leveling. Now I was expecting some blemishes/dents, but not missing components. I managed to get it running by cannibalizing the screws and feet, etc. from my old dryer. Works great, just wish I would have bought a brand new one with all the parts included. Not worth the money I saved to go with an "open box" item.

Washer is ok. Doesn't really fill up water in full or wash as clean & smaller then my previous washer that lasted me about 15 years. See how long this one will last me.

functional not a top of the line model usually have to run load twice to fully dry them and dryer was not overloaded either

What you pay is what you get. Good as a temporary dryer, but didn’t last me very long. I wash a lot of clothes daily.

It is quite loud, it does not handle well full loads clothes come out still wet. Minimum for a full load is 90-120 minutes.

If you need a dryer and don't want to break the bank, this is it! Great sturdy, reliable dryer. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but it's only to dry clothes anyway!

I was not impressed with this dryer. It takes several cycles before a load dries. I wish I had purchased a better dryer than this.

So far the dryer is working as expected. The dryer seems to be just the appliance we were looking for.

Great product for the price. Bought them for my grandma. Simple for her to use with some of the new to technology.

This dryer is kinda slow. Takes a moment to heat up and the cycle is long. Takes about 50 to completely dry.
