I need to dry my clothes twice because it does not dry very well and it has no buzzer when done. I probably did not read well enough when I bought it for that feature. It also is very loud and tinny when you open and close the door. Not well insulated for sound.

Also they don't include a 5 prong plug with your purchase (have to pay extra of course). Even Wrong model back plate (two different serial numbers?) what's up with that? And don't get me started on the issues with delivery!

Seems to be a good product but the timer is off

If I set the timer past 20 minutes.. the timer will not move and the dryer keeps going. I had it set for about 30 minutes and left if run.. it was at night .. I got up in the morning and the dryer was still running. This has happened before but I thought it was just a fluke.. Obviously it is not a fluke and I will need to get someone to look at it..
