Stopped working exactly in 13.5 months. Neither manufacture or Best Buy want to take responsibility to fix this Garbage

Never thought after 5 weeks with this dryer I was going to have issues with it not drying as it should. Then trying to get someone to resolve this issues it's going on 2 weeks with the back and forth phone calls of who is responsible to help me. For consumers I recommend you do your research before you buy. I will probably have to wait another week or so before I can get this issue resolved.

Drying time is VERY long! It takes 2 of the 60 minute cycles on high yo dry shirts, 3+ for jeans/pants. I would strongly recommend NOT purchasing this. We needed a dryer when our dryer of 3 years went out.

This dryer didn’t last 6 moths. It sucks. And Best Buy sucks even more because THEY DO NOT honor the manufacturer warranty. You have to buy a separate one from BB. Repeat BEST BUY DOES NOT honor manufacturer warranty. Even though they sell and install products they don’t stand behind them. Terrible experience all around. I wouldn’t give best buy a penny I found on the ground! Never again will I shop here.

Bought dryer and within 1 week it was broken. It would not heat up and would not turn off automatically. I exchanged and my 2nd one seems to be working ok (at the moment) When it is working, it works fine. Hope the 2nd one works out.

The dryer is actually pretty good but the one I received was damage and so it takes a little longer to dry. Best Buy was suppose to to an in home replacement, I never heard back from them until I called and asked for them to pick it up.

This is absolutely the worst washer and dryer I’ve ever owned in my life. It doesn’t get past the “wash” cycle so once it shows it’s done I then have to switch it to the drain and rinse cycle just to ring our the clothes. The dryer takes at minimum 3 hours to dry. Doesn’t matter the size of the load. It all sucks.

First dryer didn’t work they came to deliver the second one yesterday and said something was wrong with it so it went back to. Two deliveries still no working dryer.

I am really disappointed with my purchase of this dryer. It's really not good. I have to spend a lot of time drying clothes. 2 - 3 cycle to dry But the clothes still don't dry well. I exchange dryer after 2 week and got another. New machine still don't work well with the same issue. Wrap all , I do not recommend to buy this Dryer.

Bought this in April of 2021 and returned a week later. The dryer stopped producing heat. Was offered a repair but that would have been after the 15 return. Would NOT recommend of ever buy again,

Bought this to begin with on April 24th and immediately it did not work it would run but my clothes would not be dried it took about 4-5 times for very small loads! So i called to get a replacement thinking we maybe just got a faulty one got the new one on May 8th and it did the exact thing which leads me to believe it is the brand not just a fault. So buyer beware! It is not worth the money. Had to reorder a different brand. Best Buy was great throughout everything though which is much appreciated!

Cheap and wasnt expecting that. Delivery with COVID 19 should be discounted as they would only leave on the porch. I had to pay again to get help moving inside

I bought this washer and I it broke the second time I tried to use it. It was stock in spin never rinsed. I do not recommend this Amana washer.

Bought this dryer as an open box item which had the condition listed as excellent. Got the dryer home, opened it up and found large dent on the side, lint in the lint catch and dirt in the dryer. This is far from excellent condition. Returned the unit to the store

This dryer is just meh. It’s about 50/50 if the clothes get dried completely in one round. And the door hinge is ridiculously loud, like stupid loud.

I tried to order online than I needed it get price match so I gave a call and order on the phone and paid . But unfortunately I wasn’t aware or either get info that I need to order electric cord separate and pay for it . I was out of town and my tenant was about to move in and I had to find someone to sent to Best Buy get a cord ( couple other stuff come w that , which is needed ) cost another $60 . I wish they told me electric cord doesn’t come w that . I would just order in the beginning.

After 2 weeks of new purchase it did not heat and the dial did not move. Best Buy picked up dryer and replaced it. After second delivery the dryer stopped heating after 1 hour!!!! Purchased this to avoid all the bells and whistles of my higher end dryer that broke and was not worth repairing. Can't wait till they haul this Amana piece of crap out of my home. Refund expected and never to purchase this brand again!!! I could understand done "lemon" but two???

Do not buy this machine. I read good reviews, but it did not work. Installed by Best Buy, and the delivery person showed me it got hot. Then I did a load of wash and transfer to the new dryer. It wouldn't start!!!! Not the fuse either. Best Buy replacing with a different dryer. Still I had a load of wet clothes all over the house.

good deal on a basic dryer with few bells and whistles. Unknown reliability since it's only been a month Best Buy delivery guys were on time and did a great quick job.

Takes forever to dry a load even a small load. Have to always run it twice.
