I purchased this open box item and it Duran not dry well. I have allowed clothing to dry 2+ cycles and they’re still damp.

Amana dryer is not drying properly. The heating seems okay, but it is not drying the clothes (lint filter and air hose are clean) properly since we bought it. Customer service reps are providing inconsistent solutions. I purchased a 5-year geek quad, but good luck if you can reach them. I do not recommend buying this product and BestBuy in general.

For the price, it’s ok. I have to Re set the timer twice to have the clothes fully dried. I should have compared other dryers and paid more for another Dryer.

This model won’t dry clothes I’ve replaced it twice and tried all modes of drying and still have to dry 3 times before clothes are dry.

Second time in 6 months the heating element burned out. Save your money and buy something else

Dryer made a noise very first use and still does, still worked though so wasn’t worth a hassle of return, great service!

I don’t know why they don’t put buzzers on these so you can tell when the cycle is done. I suppose if I had gotten a more expensive model that would work.

for a new dryer it's had so many part not work then work then not work

I don't understand how this product has such good reviews. It takes three full cycles in order to dry a normal load of clothes. Horrible. Maybe it's possible I got a bad unit but I'm sending it back. Spend a little more money to get something that actually works, unless you want to spend 3-4 hours drying one load.

Awful two different experts, measured my area, recommended two different sets of washer and dryer, neither of which fit. I am now spent over eight hours of my time due to Best Buy’s terrible service and recommendation.

Tired of buying high end appliances only to be disappointed with quality. I decided to buy something basic. Very happy.

As soon as my brand new dryer was installed, i tried it and the clothe was still wet in the first run.... I have to put it to run 3 times for my clothe to get totally dry. I called next day to place a replacement claim.

Takes way to long to dry your clothes a normal 40 min dry time turns into 70 mins a waste of power and energy consumption

Recieved an open box damaged dryer when it was purchased as new off the site. Then was offered 100 off refund or another product close to this item new. Mind you an open box was on site for 340.00 and I paid 570. Then ws told it was a 100 is a gift card not a refund. They guys told us that the hook up we had better blower then the one i purchased. So disappointing.

The dryer stopped working after 18 months, unbelievable

Seems cheap. I liked first I chose but something was wrong with it. Returned after one day. Afraid to get same one might have same problem, wish I had now.

This dryer dries worse than my old one. I would to trade it in or take it back but it's too late. It's a good dryer if you only dry very small loads.

I would have given this dryer a zero rating if that was an option. I went through 3 of these dryers in 4 years two in the first year. I just received this one two years ago and now the timer has stopped working Ive been told it melted together, this is in a rental unit and gets less use than full time house. I will never buy another Amana appliance again.

Got washer and dryer delivered .Was not told at the store i had to have a new plug or new hose for the washer .they said they couldn’t hook them up . Brought them in the house took them to the basement and left them in the middle of the floor. Could you put them were the old one were at Your employers need to be. Retrained and need to tell customer the need have new plugs and hoses
