does not dry my clothes properly

We are sorry to learn of your Dryer concerns. 90% of improper drying is due to venting issues, and not problems with the dryer, as long as it is heating. Make sure the vent is not blocked, and the air is flowing properly. You can try to vacuum out the bottom of the dryer, to remove any excess lint in the bottom as that will help to reducing drying time. If you have an old bottle brush, clean out the blower area where the lint screen is and swipe the brush to remove excess lint from the blower area. If this does not resolve your drying concern, please email us at [email protected] with your user ID NewYorkR, name, address, phone number, and the model and serial number from the dryer.

Been on hold over two hours trying to deal with Best Buy, Amana and their local service agent. I RECOMMEND NOT BUYING AMANA PRODUCTS

Dryer was too large, was never installed in bsmt. So delivery left on porch! They also said dryer vent would have to be moved “down” wall, but not possible since vent goes to outside just above ground level!

Would definitely not Recommed this product because even though it's cheaper, I'm making up for it with my electricity bill

No lint on clothes n doesn have odor when dry. There is no excuse why shouldn’t. It has great drying time, dry a load in minutes . It’s easy accessible, no had dryer to figure . I would recommend buy. Price tag matches effectively.

Can't control water level
