They did not follow the manufacturers instructions on how to install the feet and the dryer, they did not use the strain relief on the electrical cord, and they crushed the vent hose. This was a hazard waiting to happen.

Although there are multiple drying options, the ONLY ONE that we have found to dry the clothes is the timed option and if with that one we have to divide the wash load in half for the clothes to dry.

BIG MISTAKE

It had several good reviews and being on a budget I took a chance. BIG MISTAKEIt takes 3-4 cycles to dry a load so laundry for 6 takes FOREVER! We missed return window since I delivered my twins few days after purchase. I should have just spend 200 more for a better one.

Crap quality, will not honor warranty.

The dryer started squeaking in March, and it also quit drying as well. We called and called, only to keep getting out off due to Covid. Now Amana says we're past warranty

Will not turn on again.

It will end up costing me than it should it multiple times running through the cycles to dry even a small load of clothes. I have had to put a larger load through 4 times.

Posted .Dear Yahoo: We are sorry to learn of your Dryer concerns. 90% of improper drying is due to venting issues, and not problems with the dryer, as long as it is heating. Make sure the vent is not blocked, and the air is flowing properly. You can try to vacuum out the bottom of the dryer, to remove any excess lint in the bottom as that will help to reducing drying time. If you have an old bottle brush, clean out the blower area where the lint screen is and swipe the brush to remove excess lint from the blower area. If this does not resolve your drying concern, please email us at [email protected] with your user ID Yahoo, name, address, phone number, and the model and serial number from the dryer.

I had to return this dryer

Thay called me 4 hours into the designated 6 hour window and asked me if I, "still needed them to come out." Uhhh, yes!!! Not organized, miscommunication, never again!
