Dryer does not shut off and does not heat up.I've tried for 3dys to get something done. Item not even 30dys old and now I have to pay more $... Keep in mind less than 30dys ago i spent $600 for it..

Posted .Dear Donald: We are sorry to learn of your Dryer concerns. 90% of improper drying is due to venting issues, and not problems with the dryer, as long as it is heating. Make sure the vent is not blocked, and the air is flowing properly. You can try to vacuum out the bottom of the dryer, to remove any excess lint in the bottom as that will help to reducing drying time. If you have an old bottle brush, clean out the blower area where the lint screen is and swipe the brush to remove excess lint from the blower area. This dryer did not dry well and required several cycles to dry properly. Also the door wouldn’t close without slamming it really hard. Overall just not a good purchase. Don’t waste your money!

Doesn't dry clothes

Very frustrating and has greatly extended my time to do laundry. Not worth the price. Tried to call Best Buy customer service but never able to get through to a human being.

Didn't dry the clothes

No matter what setting we put it on, it didn't dry the clothes on the first pass. Usually took two runs to get the clothes close to being dry, which was over an hour. These were average size loads. Ended up returning it after a week.
