This A/C is doing a great job. The remote makes it easy to set, and I can set and forget it. With the economy mode, it cycles on and off as needed. It is also quiet, and you can hear the TV easily.

This AC was a little bit bigger than expected so it took my husband, his brother and his best friend to get it into our living room window. It JUST fit in it! It does a great job keeping our lower level cooled off when it gets humid and it does it fairly quickly too. Love that it came with a remote as well. Very happy with my purchase and how quickly it was delivered.

Works good. Isnt too loud. Cools down room very quickly. Only complaint: you have to literally take it apart to put the window mounting mechanism in it. This is no light air conditioner so luckily i had help. Definitely a 2 person job.....does work very well though. Super happy with purchase.

Quiet, it's not loud and no vibration movement . Cools quickly and keeps large area cold. Enjoying it. 1 problem receieved damaged item : shipment box not well insulated and housing and A/C back grill were dented badly.

I avoided a cruelty to those hating the winter cold and did not write this sooner. Now, with the advent of blistering summer upon us some cool notions are indeed of the highest order! When I came to USA as a legal immigrant the AMANA brand was placed as the pinnacle of all appliances. Well with the cathedral ceiling over the kitchen dining and living room area I became a most prominent annual supporter of the Best Buy air conditioner sales. I bought them all ...and suffered every summer. Last year by accident I surrendered to this ...AMANA - 700 sq feet wonder. I lived, finally. This is the quietest, exceptionally efficient and fastest cooling machine I bought since 1981 - when 18,000 FRIEDRICH reigned supreme. Nothing comes closer to this AMANA, well perhaps with an exception of living in an igloo with a shut off heat. PS. It comes with the guaranteed violation of the social distancing law.

This unit has operated above and beyond my expectations. I previously had spent a lot more for a unit that had heat and cooling. After owning it for one year it started making a lot of noise and it was almost impossible to hear the tv. This unit is not noisy, runs beautifully and cools my whole 2 bedroom apartment. Very, very satisfied and would buy and recommend this brand air conditioner.

The air conditioner seems to be working perfectly and is super quiet on the high setting. The only problem I had with it was it the case was bent during shipping and it had to be fixed before it could be pulled apart to be installed. Bought this one to replace another 15,000 btu air conditioner that stopped working.

Good purchase, keeps us cool, even when the kids forget to close the front door. We have been running 24/7, breakers have not tripped, like with other A/C's.

Good for one big room cools within minutes not sure if needed that many btus for 500 sq ft

I purchased this air conditioner to replace another 15,000 B.T.U. one. It works well enough. Being without an A.C. for the first week of summer, made it seem to work greatly, until I felt the air from the Whirlpool 15 B.T.U. air conditioner. Both of these models come from the parent company, "Whirlpool" but the Whirlpool model cools the room better.

Does a pretty good job. Kind of noisy. Not very easy to install.

This has turned out to be one of my best purchases this year! This air conditioner is one of the best I have owned. It cools quickly and has kept my large living area comfortable, even during the highest temperatures and humidity this summer.

This air conditioner so far meets my expectations and with the application i can turn it on if I am not at home.

When we got the first air conditioner delivered we were so upset, it had dents all over it, the vents on the left side were missing. We returned it at the store and reordered another one, which took another week to receive. We had to call and find out if it came in, was upset that we could not get anyone to answer either store phone or main company phone for over two hours spent. I finally got ahold of someone via internet chat, her name was Reva and was so helpful and efficent and handled my questions within 15 minutes. We now have the air conditioner installed and we are enjoying it very much so.

So far so good. Great price and easy to use. Like shopping at Best Buy.
