It’s nice to just say what you want to hear. We paired it with sonos speaker and now we have a stereo that takes up no room at all. All functions are nice. Kids use Alexa to help with homework

This is my 4th echo dot. I have them spread around the house and using with Hue, Link and TP-Link devices. Easy to configure and works flawlessly. The speaker is ok, but i have mine connected to bluetooth.

It's convenient and easy to use. I use it on my night stand to set my alarm, lower my A/C, turn off my lights, ask for weather updates, and listen to music. It's great by itself or to supplement the Echo.

So I like my echo dot I gave it 5 stars but the volume could be louder and it needs a wider collection of bedtime stories. It's great, love the size. I connect to my sportify account and I'm good to go.

Works well. Still not using it to its full potential but for what we do use it for it is efficient.

Best gift ever! Once you download the App and get familiar with commands. Easy to use.. You will enjoy -use it with TV, Lights, Sprinkler System,Music, Weather and Sports... etc...Simply say a command ...

I saw the commercials and just wanted to see this thing in action. It’s pretty neat. I love the alarm and that I can ask everyday questions like the weather and to remind me of certain things. Sometimes I do wish I got the Regular Echo though but, I already have a speaker attached to the Dot.

I bought this and the google home mini. I like the google product better - it has a better speaker

It's not a do it all device, but we knew what when purchasing it. We are Amazon prime members, so my wife enjoys listening to music through it. We use it for alarms and timers. I'm looking at getting a smart thermostat that is Alexa enabled and see how that works, but so far we've enjoyed it.

bought one for my sons room for him to control his lights ad play music . he feels really great and finds that he has high tech room . loves it and is happy with it . very simple to use and configure

My echo dot is great as I am a bad speller and I am asking her all the time how to spell. Added to that is the fact that she turns on the lights for me with the added smart outlet.

I have 3 of these throughout my home. They work great. Just plug and play into any speaker system.

The Amazon echo dot is perfect for the price. Small, doesn't take much space and easy set up for use. The only down fall is the speaker is not the loudest, but for the money I can't complain.

I bought some of these units to put in different rooms of my house. They work great. For a higher quality sound I paired some of them with Bluetooth speakers.

Placed in my kitchen and found multiple uses for music, recipes, shopping, and more while cooking. Sound is on par with the larger versions of Amazon Echo at a great price. Very happy with this purchase.

Very nice device. Primarily bought for music , but it's become a very useful tool in other areas.The Echo Dot is a great fit on my desktop. It is a great alarm clock and wonderful at managing the lights.

Loving our little echo dots. Having these in each room really is useful. Alexa sets our wake alarm, tells us the weather, plays our music, and even tells us jokes. I'm VERY happy with this purchase.

I bought this for someone who will be going to college in the fall. We already have several in our own home and my family loves them! We use them for alarms, to tell us the weather, play music, etc.

Basically it’s a dot. Sound quality is different from the regular echo. Bluetooth speaker fixs it.

I'm in love with this little hunk of plastic. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with this. If I would have enough use for it. Yes, it tells you the weather. Keeps you up to date on what's going on in the world, plus the list of skills I haven't even tapped into yet. But I think my favorite so far, is the music. It's like having my own personal DJ in the house. 99.9% of all the songs I ask Alexa to play she does with no problem. Or I just ask her to play Jazz and I have a whole night of Jazz music for parties. I have another one in the bathroom so I can here the news while I shave, or listen to thousands of radio stations. I think the only things she can't do are the things I haven't learned to ask her.
