it did what what wanted it to do. nothing special.

Product listens and understand much better than Siri. It can hear you over loud music and is great to use with other smart home products

I use the Echo —connected to my Bose speaker every day to listen to podcasts, Pandora, and Apple Music. Alexa will give me weather and basic info though she is often confused by my questions thus 4 stars.

My kids and I enjoy our echo dot. Timers make life easier, and we enjoy listening to music. We have some good laughs from Alexa

This is a great device to start out on your Smart life in your home. I got this on Black Friday for $30 and it is totatlly worth it. You download the app on your phone or tablet to setup and then you're on your way baby.

Alexa is pretty simple to use, I would recommend it to anyone.... Also it can hear my voice without screaming from a good distance away...

This small yet powerful tool helps a lot. Love the entertaining responses from Alexa and the useful skills available. Sometimes there is a bit of a tough time saying the correct phrase to get the desired sill or response.

Bought this to control philips hue lighting which works great. Also use to stream music through my sound bar, also works great. Fun to use

Great for small spaces that don't require a lot of volume. When the volume is maxed out, the sound quality decreases and becomes somewhat muffled. Wonderful for small bedrooms and bathrooms.

We got 2 Dots since they link so easily with the Dish Hopper, but we probably use them even more for other things than we do for just controlling the TV. It is really handy to just be able to ask questions, play music, check the weather or traffic, set alarms, create shopping lists, or play white noise at night like thunderstorms or ocean sounds to help people fall asleep. At this point I'm trying to think of everyone I know who might like one for Christmas. It's possible we might even get another for ourselves.

Picked the Amazon Echo Dot for my wife. She loves listening to her playlist while getting ready in the morning, and the Echo Dot allows her to do so totally hands free. She likes that it goes where she goes... great buy

Move over Siri there is a new King...err...Queen in town. Once you set up Alexa on any phone device she is ready to assist. Ask her anything you would search on Google. Fact checks, translates, and of course reminders, alarms, and plays Spotify and Pandora and more. Also you can hook up to your speaker system of your choice. I didn't know this till I bought it. So no need to buy expensive version if you have a speaker to hook up for that bass sound on music. On it own this small thing sounds great too!

I like this little thing. I no longer have an old fashion clock in my room. I set alarms, ask the time, weather, temperature. Plays music when I ask Also like the games it plays. Fun toy.
