The Echo Dot Max features enhanced audio drivers for richer bass and clearer sound, though the difference can vary based on room acoustics and placement. Try positioning the device away from walls and adjusting equalizer settings in the Alexa app under Settings > Device Settings > Audio Settings to customize bass, midrange, and treble. Save your time and money

I could not get it to replay any music or radio station. I have 7 other echos, so I'd like to think it would be intuitive. It's anything but. The chat support is worthless, and god forbid you can get anyone live. I returned it.
