Bought two for my grown sons -- they used to have the old Dot, but stopped using them, lost them, etc. The new Pops, from their "Pop" should surprise them with new features!

Very easy setup with basic Alexa functionality. We use it to control various devices in and around our home. The sound is about what you would expect from a small inexpensive device like this. If you want hi fidelity, spend more money on an Echo or Echo Studio. It would be nice if it had a clock display and 3.5mm audio output (like early generation Echo Dots).

The speaker itself is decent, but is best after adjusting a bit in the app. The apps available are sometimes glitchy, but that’s more of an Amazon AppStore and integration issue, probably, as they’re also kinda glitchy on the TV. Alexa is pretty good at recognizing commands straight out of the box and with minimal repeating being necessary. Overall, I think it’s a pretty good deal for the price if you are really into smart features.

I bought this item for my mom and she loves it ! The set was easy and it comes in handy.

We have a few of these in the house, one for each bedroom which helps with controlling lights, and doing announcements

This, Alexa was so easy to set up. I just plugged it in and it did its own thing and worked within minutes. Nice sound I’m pleased. And the price was great and for the price I didn’t think it was gonna be as good as it is.
