The new Echo Show 21 is beyond anything I expected. The features, ease of use and the new Alexa + is very useful and practical. Bought it for my wife and I to help organize appointments and tasks using the calendar. But, it does so much more and it’s very user friendly. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to organize their busy lifestyle.

I’ve been using the Amazon Echo Show 21 for a few weeks now, and I’ve got to say—this thing is a game-changer in my kitchen. First off, the screen is massive. At 21 inches, it's bigger than some monitors I’ve used, and it really shines when I’m following recipes, watching YouTube while cooking, or checking in on my calendar and to-do lists. The full HD display is bright and sharp enough that I can easily read or watch from across the room. The built-in Fire TV is a great touch. I wasn’t expecting to use this for serious streaming, but it surprised me. It runs all the major apps—Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu—and it’s become a second TV when the main one is occupied. Sound-wise, it’s good, not amazing. Loud and clear enough for podcasts or background music while I cook, but don’t expect deep bass or super rich audio. Still, for a smart display, it does the job well. Where it really shines is in the smart home and Alexa integration. I’ve hooked it up to my smart lights, Ring camera, and thermostat, and now I can control everything with a quick voice command. Plus, the big screen makes video calls feel more natural—especially with the camera auto-framing during conversations. A couple of small gripes: it’s big and heavy, so finding the right spot was a bit of a challenge, and it doesn’t come with a stand—which feels cheap for the price. You’ll probably want one to tilt it just right.

Bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Some things that she loves is that she can drop in and look at the kids whenever. She also likes having the capability of watching her favorite shows while cooking cleaning or whatever. The kid's also like playing games on there among other thing's. Great purchase

I recently bought the Echo Show 21 for my niece, and it’s been great. The large screen makes video calls feel more personal, and the sound quality is really good. She uses it for watching shows, controlling smart home devices, and even as a digital photo frame. Alexa responds quickly, and the display is clear and bright. Overall, it’s a solid device that does everything we expected.

Our daughter had been using one of these for years. At first, we laughed. Then, we realized we could really use one. We grabbed it the last day of the sale and we are so glad we did. It can do so many things, much more than a TV or regular Alexa. If you are a senior citizen, think about getting one. If you are a family with lots of stuff on your plate, get one.

Works perfect so big you can talk to your family and it big enough you can see all your family members love it.

Item is great easy to navigate, the screen size is awesome 21 inches. Would recommend to any one.

My son purchased an Echo Show for his home, and I instantly fell in love with it. I am a tech fanatic, meaning I love technology and what it can do. I finally took the plunge and bought one. I simply LOVE this device. I especially like that I can change Alexa's voice, and, needless to say, the male voice has a great sense of humor and keeps me laughing every day with all his witty comments. The sound quality is great, the graphics are superb, the camera works well, and I love that I was able to add all my home cameras to it and view them side by side at once. Great purchase!

Absolutely love my My Amazon Echo 21. Enjoy seeing my grandchildren when their pics scroll through. You can ask about anything and he’ll answer. I leave my grocery list on it which you can then get on your cell. Love everything about it. This size makes it right.

Love it ! It's my go to when I want info or a recipe. I use it as my alarm cllock.

The setup was easy to follow, we have other Alexa devices. The ability to customize the screen and adding photos that scroll throughout the day are nice features. We have the 21, the size works well for us especially when we video chat with our son and his family in California.

Had about a month, and does way more then the Skylight, for half the price. Friends and family have fell in love with it too, one returned their skylight to get the Alexa Echo 21. Pictures are clear and beautiful, calendar links to our shared family calendar and makes it extremely convenient.

I love love, love the echo show 21. We have it mounted on the wall in our kitchen area and our family of seven is obsessed! I definitely recommend it regardless if you have a big family or even if you live alone. Total changer!

Love this. Especially the ability to stream movies and Television. It has served as an outside TV when needed as well as using the calendar for appointments and reminders. Love the size as well. It still could use some enhancements but overall we are more then pleased and use it constantly.

I bought it to install in my kitchen, and since then we've spent more time looking at recipes, watching movies, and listening to music while we're in the kitchen. I didn't think this was necessary before buying it, but now I wonder why I didn't buy it sooner, it's so good. Plus, all our appointments are there, and Alexa reminds us and creates shopping lists. It's fantastic!

I absolutely love this new Echo Show 21 which has become the main device/hub in my Alexa ecosystem. I can view and monitor all linked cameras and video doorbells. I can also control my smart doorlocks at the touch of a screen. The FireTV feature helps me catch up on my steaming lists while i prepare dinner. It is absolutely one of the best devices for Alexa users available! The sound quality is amazingly crisp and brilliant. Setup was an absolute breeze!
