Voice control needed for certain options and occasionally it is completely unresponsive and needs to be unplugged to reset. Limited control of apps. See the first picture in the Best Buy description. There is no way to have a full calendar stay displayed and you can't resize the left half which is intended for news feeds, shopping, etc. If you turn those options off, it's a half page picture with clock. Silk browser is also severely limited such as no auto-play.

I've been using Alexa Shows for many years now and really like the size of the 21". She assists me with all of my baking, cooking and reminders including for my pets heart worm etc.

Amazon needs to fix it,you have to keep bringing it up every 10 minutes That’s too bad ,something to do with the cloud and cost, that’s what I heard ,if they fixed it, they would have a perfect device and make a lot of people happy

It looks promising from the limited use so far. One workaround I had use was trying to watch Spectrum TV on my Echo. I found out that there currently isn’t a seperate app for the Echo 21”. I was able to access Spectrum TV using the Silk Browser. Other than that little hiccup, I am pleased with the capabilities I’ve accessed so far.
