sound issues

It has a crackling sound and the sound sometimes skips. I have had the sound on low, medium ,and high but it still crackles. I have noticed that the sound started crackling when Alexa speaks too. I will probably return it but I bought a 32 gig and it does the same thing. I think Amazon needs to address this problem.
