It is fine. My kids old screen got cracked so I got this one which has more GB than other one so that is good. The settings are more tricky with this one though. For one thing I can't figure out why everyday it defaults to my user profile instead of staying on my sons. The side buttons (power, volume, etc..) are also placed differently and we don't like it.

Amazon fire interface is not as intuitive as the ipad. I dont like that you can't download episode from Dplus to allow them to watch it while traveling. The apps are great and its nice you just pay the subscription and you get most of the apps. However there are some that pop up based on browsing that want money, like the noogle app with paw patrol. My child threw a fit when I refused to buy it, with all the apps why put that on that there?
