Ordered online, my order was ready in about a hour. One of the fire sticks was not "loaded" brought it back for a instant exchange - other than having to drive back it was a great experience.

My previous firestick was several years old and I was having some troubles and then it really stopped working right at all. I didn't want to wait for Amazon to deliver a new one. The estimated delivery was quite a few days out. I went to Best Buy and the employee was very helpful and I took the firestick home and set it up and I couldn't believe how much better it worked than the old one. The whole experience went very well.
