It takes extra time, effort and ‘getting used to it’ time to figure out. I’m still saving a bunch of money from my old provider as I did not enjoy paying nearly $200/month with extra fees attached related to sports tv that I NEVER viewed.

Posted .Hello AlexanderG! Thank you for your feedback on the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max streaming device. I'm sorry to hear that your device stopped working. Here are troubleshooting steps that may help: unplug the Fire TV Stick from power and HDMI for 60 seconds then reconnect, ensure it's plugged into a wall outlet using the original adapter rather than a TV USB port, try a different HDMI port, check all connections are secure, verify strong Wi-Fi connectivity, and if unresponsive perform a factory reset by holding the Back button and right directional button simultaneously for 10 seconds.
